Shipping Policy

Shipping Charges:

• Within Delhi: Free shipping on orders over ₹1299. A flat fee of ₹150 will be charged for orders below ₹1299.
• Rest of India: Shipping charges will be calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package. Actual shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Methods:

• Courier Services: We primarily use reliable courier services for timely delivery.
• Self-Pickup: We currently do not offer pick up services.

Shipping Time:

• Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days.
• Rest of India: Delivery time may vary depending on your location. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery.

Order Tracking:

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment on the courier service’s website.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

• If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery. We will investigate the matter and provide a resolution.

International Shipping:

• We currently do not offer international shipping.
